The Idea of Peace Rebellion
The Peace Rebellion was born from a simple Montessori truth: when we invest in children through education that meets their needs and honors their humanity, we lay the foundation for a more peaceful world. Yet today, peace feels fragile. We live in a time marked by division, isolation, and hesitation to fully embrace one another. The Peace Rebellion is our commitment to imagine something better.
We exist to bring Montessori into the public consciousness as a practical path toward meaningful change — an education that equips children to meet their own needs while also honoring the dignity of others. By cultivating empathy, collaboration, and problem-solving, we prepare young people to create partnerships everywhere they go.
This is our rebellion: choosing peace intentionally, practicing it daily, and nurturing it in the face of all that challenges it.

We work to create learning environments that nurture belonging, uplift underrepresented voices, and ensure every child has access to an education that transforms their future.
