At The Peace Rebellion, we believe that leading a Montessori school means more than managing operations. It means tending to the wellbeing of adults, preparing yourself as deeply as you prepare the environment, and leading with courage, equity, and trust.

Our Leadership for Equity Coaching & Mentoring supports Montessori educators and leaders in navigating the real challenges of school leadership while staying grounded in justice and belonging.

One-to-One Coaching

Personalized sessions for heads of school, program directors, and guides stepping into leadership. Focused on clarity, confidence, and courage in your daily decisions.

Team Mentoring

Support for leadership teams who want to grow together in transparency, shared power, and equity-focused problem-solving. This work supports groups who wish to grow in unison.

Community Circles

Group coaching spaces for Montessori leaders across schools—building solidarity, shared learning, and accountability. This space is for those who wish to find community in the work and seek others to widen the net.

Leadership in Montessori was never meant to mirror bureaucracy or control. Yet too often, fear-based structures creep in—policies that silence staff, decisions made behind closed doors, or cultures that prize harmony over honesty.

How It Works

Flexible Engagement: Choose individual, team, or group support.

Contribution

We operate as a nonprofit movement. Coaching is offered on a contribution-based model with suggested ranges:

Individual Coaching: $300–$500/month (2 sessions + email support)
Team Mentoring: $1,500–$2,500 for a 3-month cycle
Community Circles: $150–$200 per participant for a 4-session cohort

Your contributions sustain this work and help us extend support to schools with fewer resources.
